Welcome to Summer Place On The Lake, the most beautiful condominiums at the Lake of Ozarks. Summer Place condos are located at the 35.5 mile marker in a great recreational cove just off the main channel, on the west side of the lake just north of the Hurricane Deck bridge. Access to the complex is 3 miles off Route 5 on Sellers Road, just before the Hurricane Deck bridge if you are coming from the south.

Please review Rules and Regulations and By Laws located in HOA Documents. A summary of the homeowner guidelines and dock policies can be viewed here. A couple of key policies are listed below:

Gas and Electric Grills Only. The gas lines must be braided steel and hooked directly into the propane valve provided on the deck. No propane tanks are allowed.
On lakeside decks, Tiki torches, propane heaters, fire pits and other open flames or fueled appliances are prohibited based on insurance and Fire Marshal requirements. (Direct feed propane BBQ grills are acceptable; see restrictions above.)
Summer Place is pet friendly community but has a firm policy of only one pet per unit. This includes the homeowner and any guest they may be entertaining. Only ONE pet may occupy a condominium unit.
- Pets are not to be left on the deck when the Owner is not home.
- Dogs must be leashed at all times.
- Cats are not permitted to roam freely.
- Homeowners and their guests pets are to use only specified pet relief areas
- If a homeowner owns a pet, they should tell guests to kennel pets instead of bringing a second pet to Summer Place
No overnight parking for vehicles taking up more than (1) one parking space
